Job Overview:

The Human Resources and Administration Manager will oversee its
administrative and personnel functions as well as human resources needs. He/She will be
accountable for implementing HR strategies, practices, policies while simultaneously overseeing
smooth administration operations that support GICTA’s goals and mission.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Implement HR policies, programs and procedures in alignment with GICTA’s strategic goals.
  • Supervise recruitment, selection and onboarding processes to ensure top talent is secured for different agency departments.
  • Manage employee relations including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance monitoring.
  • Administer compensation programs in line with applicable labor laws and regulations.
  • Training and developmental initiatives designed to hone employee abilities and promote continuous learning are led.
  • Coordination and facilitation of employee engagement activities foster positive working environments and boost morale among employees.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records to maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection regulations.
  • Manage administrative functions including procurement, travel coordination and office supplies.
  • Provide leadership in all aspects of general office management of the Agency.
  • Help department heads identify their HR and administrative requirements and offer strategic support and guidance, adhering to all labor laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and analyze HR and administrative reports, providing insight and recommendations to senior management.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by senior staff.
