Job Overview:

The Executive Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive support to our Director General. He/She will be expected to play a key role in managing the Director General’s hectic schedule, facilitate communication and ensure efficient operation of the office. This role requires an individual who is proactive, detail-oriented and possesses exceptional organizational
and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage the Director General’s daily schedules and calendars.
  • Plan and coordinate office itineraries.
  • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for the Executive.
  • Review and edit documents, reports, and presentations for accuracy and professionalism.
  • Assist the Director General in liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Use discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information relating to the Agency.
  • Research and compile information relevant to decision-making.
  • Take accurate minutes of meetings and assist in the preparation of agendas and other materials.
  • Manage email correspondence by filtering and redirecting as needed.
  • Work with team members to ensure the smooth running of office operations.
  • Assigned ad hoc tasks by the Director General.
